A spring biased earmuff, having a flexible and generally ring-shaped frame (2) covered on an outer side and on an inner side by a fabric material (3), the frame being flexible between an open position wherein an ear may be inserted through an elongate hole (4) from the inner side of the earmuff such that the earmuff covers the ear on the outside and on the back side, and a snap on position wherein the frame exerts a biaising force for holding the earmuff to the ear, the frame having a frame front member (5) and a frame back member (6). An earphone (L) is supported by the frame, the ear phone being covered by the fabric material on the outer side of the earmuff. The earphone is removably attached to the frame (2) in a portion thereof, from where the earphone is supported outside the auditory canal of the ear in a user position of the ear muff. The frame exerts a biaising force on the earphone, away from the ear, in the hold position of the earmuff.
La présente invention se rapporte à une coquille antibruit maintenue en place par un effet ressort et comportant un cadre de forme généralement annulaire (2) recouvert sur un côté externe et sur un côté interne par un tissu (3), ledit cadre étant suffisamment souple pour passer d'une position ouverte dans laquelle une oreille peut être introduite à travers un trou oblong (4) depuis le côté interne de la coquille antibruit de sorte que celle ci recouvre l'oreille sur ses parties extérieure et arrière, à une position encliquetée dans laquelle le cadre exerce une force de rappel permettant de maintenir la coquille antibruit sur l'oreille, le cadre ayant un élément avant (5) et un élément arrière (6). Un écouteur (L) qui est supporté par le cadre est recouvert par le tissu sur le côté externe de la coquille antibruit. L'écouteur est fixé de manière amovible au cadre (2) sur une partie de ce dernier, à partir de laquelle l'écouteur est supporté à l'extérieur du canal auditif de l'oreille dans une position d'utilisation de la coquille antibruit. Le cadre exerce un effet ressort sur l'écouteur et tend à l'éloigner de l'oreille dans la position de maintien de la coquille antibruit.
