An earpiece for a hearing aid comprises a plug for contacting the meatus of the user's ear canal, a contact element for resting against an inside of the user's tragus and or the ear canal, and a fixture for holding the plug and the contact element together, the fixture having means for adjusting the spacing between the plug and the contact element. The invention further provides a hearing aid.
L'invention concerne une oreillette (2) destinée à un appareil auditif (12) comportant une fiche (20) destinée à connecter le méat du conduit auditif de l'utilisateur, un élément de contact (13) destiné à s'appuyer contre l'intérieur du tragus et/ou du conduit auditif, et une fixation destinée à fixer la fiche à l'élément de contact, ladite fixation comportant un mécanisme destiné à ajuster l'espace entre la fiche et l'élément de contact.
