An EAS system in which a transmitter alternately drives first and second antennas with the same coded message signal in its entirety. The antennas, in turn, transmit first and second signals each containing the coded message signal into respective first and second partially overlapping parts of an interrogation zone. Also disclosed is an antenna structure comprised of a plurality of loops extending one after the other and successive ones of which are of opposite phase. One of the loops circumscribes an area which is smaller than each of the other loops to realize reduced coupling to adjacent structures.

Système EAS dans lequel un émetteur commande tour à tour une première et une deuxième antennes en utilisant dans sa totalité le même signal de message codé. Les antennes émettent tour à tour le premier signal et le deuxième, chacun contenant le signal de message codé dans une première et une deuxième parties respectives d'une zone d'interrogation qui se chevauchent partiellement. Un bâti d'antenne comprenant un certain nombre de cadres consécutifs qui alternent en opposition de phase. Un des cadres circonscrit une zone qui est plus petite que chacun des autres cadres afin de réduire le couplage aux structures adjacentes.
