A readily bondable polyamide film obtained by: coating an unstretched or uniaxially stretched polyamide film which has not undergone a heat treatment with a water-based coating material consisting mainly of (A) a water-compatible polyurethane resin containing a nonionic surfactant which is acetylene glycol in which each of the two adjacent carbon atoms bonded through a triple bond has hydroxyl and methyl as substituents and/or an ethylene oxide adduct thereof, (B) a water- soluble polyepoxy compound, and (C) fine particles having an average particle diameter of 0.001 to 1.0 µm (in an A/B/C weight ratio of (95-30)/(2-70)/(0.1-10) on a solid basis) in an amount of 0.005 to 0.030 g/m2 in terms of solid content after stretching; stretching the coated film in at least one direction; and heating it. The film is excellent in blocking resistance and adhesion to printing inks, laminates, and other coating materials, and is suitable for use especially in packages sterilized by boiling or retortion and packages of liquids.
Pour produire un film en polyamide facilement soudable on recouvre un film en polyamide non-étiré ou étiré de manière uni-axiale qui n'a pas subi de traitement thermique, avec une matière de revêtement constituée principalement (A) d'une résine de polyuréthane compatible avec l'eau contenant un tensioactif non ionique qui est de l'acétylène glycol dans lequel chacun des deux atomes de carbones adjacents liés par une liaison triple a pour substituants hydroxile et méthyle et/ou un adduit d'oxyde d'éthylène de ce dernier, (B) d'un composé de polyépoxy soluble dans l'eau, et (C) de fines particules d'un diamètre particulaire moyen compris entre 0,001 et 1,0 micron (dans un rapport en poids A/B/C) de (98-30)/(2-70)/(0,1-10) sur une base de matière solide) suivant une quantité comprise entre 0,005 et 0,030 g/m<2> en terme de teneur en matière solide après étirement; on étire ensuite le film déposé dans au moins une direction puis on le chauffe. Le film possède d'excellentes propriétés d'étanchéité et d'adhérence pour des encres d'impression, des feuilles et d'autres matières de revêtement, il est plus particulièrement adapté pour être utilisé dans des emballages stérilisés par ébouillantage ou par autoclave et pour des emballages de liquides.
