An easy and practical mechanism for secure group communication, wherein each group member has a secure code generating module, a secure code table, an encryption module and a decryption module. The mechanism comprises the steps of (a) group members exchanging secure codes between each other so that each member has a set of secure codes assigned by each of the other members; (b) a sender broadcasting an amalgamated message deriving from a number of individually scrambled messages for other group members; (c) a recipient extracting the message for it by correlating the received amalgamated message with the decryption secure code assigned by the sender. At the same time, the messages for other recipients are transparent to said recipient.
