Object: To provide an easy-to-open heat-shrunk package. Constitution: The improved package that is prepared by wrapping an article with a heat-shrinkable film which is heat-sealed end out off along the edge portions and subsequently heat-shrunk is characterized by having a tab in at least one position in the sealed portions of said film as an aid in opening the package, said tab being formed by making a cut in an edge portion of the film to form a cut seal and thereafter heat-shrinking the film. If desired, a marker line serving as an aid in opening the package may be described on or around the tab.
