The function of the Edible Wishbone is to intentionally fracture and break into two uneven fragments when the two projecting arms are tugged in opposing directions by the fingers of one or more persons and then consumed and digested. The consumer purchases this article with this intention in mind. Due to it's symmetry and fabrication as a one piece article, it is intentionally unpredictable which side would retain the majority of the material when tugged to achieve fracture of the article.
