"EDUCATIONAL BOOK FOR CHILDREN" ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An educational book for young children is formed from fabric with a fabric outer cover which is stiffened by plastics or other material and has handles on the side edges so that the book can be carried. Various pages of the book include separate pieces which can be attached to or inserted into pockets defined on the page. Other pages depict rotatable objects, separate pieces attached to the page by elastic within a pocket defined on the page, lacings or upstanding stems which can receive hat portions slid over the stems. The book thus can provide various activi- ties which can be made individual by using the principles in different scenes depicted in the book.
