L'invention se rapporte à des pastilles qui sont formées par moulage par compression d'un mélange comportant des granulés d'un ingrédient principal, des granulés d'un sel d'acide carbonique et des granulés d'un acide organique, et ce au moyen d'un pilon et d'un mortier dont la surface comporte des particules d'une poudre lustrante et lubrifiante, qui y ont été amenées et appliquées de manière à adhérer à la surface du pilon et du mortier en vue du moulage par compression.
