The invention relates to an elastic (fixing) insert made of a carrier based on knit fabric, wherein the knit fabric is produced from at least two warp thread systems, with at least one of said warp thread systems being inserted in the knit fabric as a partial weft and comprising staple fiber yarns. One side of the knit fabric is provided with an adhesive layer. The resulting insert exhibits very high elasticity in the longitudinal, transversal and diagonal directions and is particularly cost-effective to produce. Furthermore, it is characterized by a very soft, textile feel and a good appearance.
L'invention concerne une âme élastique (de stabilisation) constituée d'un support à base d'un tricot, le tricot étant produit à partir d'au moins deux systèmes de fils de chaîne, au moins un de ces systèmes de fils de chaîne étant rabattu en tant que trame partielle dans le tricot et contenant des fils de fibres coupées. Un côté du tricot est pourvu d'une couche adhésive. L'âme résultante a une élasticité très élevée dans le sens longitudinal et transversal et diagonal et est particulièrement peu coûteuse à fabriquer. Elle se caractérise en outre par un toucher textile très souple et un bel aspect.
