The spunbonded nonwoven (W) has high elastic recovery properties and comprises a plurality of multi-component filaments. Each filament, preferably of the sheath/core type, comprises at least a first polymeric component and a second polymeric component. The first polymeric component comprises thermoplastic polyurethane, and the second polymeric component comprises an elastic propylene-based olefin copolymer, and more particularly an ethylene propylene copolymer, preferably comprising at least 80wt% of propylene units. Said spunbonded nonwoven (W) can be easily thermal- bonded with polyolefin-based nonwoven layer(s), especially polypropylene-based layer(s), in order to make a composite nonwoven, particularly suitable for the hygienic industry (diapers,...).
Non-tissé filé-lié (W) ayant des propriétés de recouvrance élastique élevées et comprenant une pluralité de filaments à plusieurs composants. Chaque filament, de préférence de type cAEur/écorce, comprend au moins un premier composant polymérique et un second composant polymérique. Le premier composant polymérique comprend un polyuréthane thermoplastique et le second composant polymérique comprend un copolymère d'oléfine à base de propylène élastique et plus particulièrement un copolymère d'éthylène et de propylène, comprenant de préférence au moins 80 % en poids d'unités propylène. Ledit non-tissé filé-lié (W) peut être facilement thermocollé avec une ou plusieurs couches de non-tissé à base de polyoléfine, en particulier une ou plusieurs couches à base de polypropylène, afin de fabriquer un non-tissé composite, convenant en particulier pour l'industrie des produits hygiéniques (couches et autres).
