This compression stocking comprises a compression part, the ankle part of which when worn exerts a nominal textile pressure P0 for an ankle girth C0. When stretched to allow the instep region through, the ankle part exerts in the circumferential direction an elastic return force corresponding to a nominal textile pressure P1 for an instep girth C1 at the time of application. At least one of the following parameters: the nature of the core yarns used for the knit yarns and the weft yarn, the sheathing of the yarns, and the knitting of the yarns, is selected in such a way that for C1 = 1.38 C0, the nominal textile pressure P1 at the time of application is lower than 120% of the nominal textile pressure when worn P0. This makes the stocking easier for the patient to put on and take off simply on account of the intrinsic properties of the stocking and without recourse to any accessory.

Cette orthèse comporte une partie compressive dont la partie de cheville exerce au porté une pression textile nominale P0 pour une circonférence de cheville C0. Lorsqu'elle est distendue pour permettre le passage de la région du cou de pied de la jambe, la partie de cheville exerce en direction circonférentielle une force de rappel élastique correspondant à une pression textile nominale de mise en place P1 pour une circonférence de cou de pied C1. L'un au moins des paramètres parmi : la nature des fils d'âme utilisés pour les fil de tricot et fil de trame, le guipage de ces fils, et le tricotage de ces fils, est choisi de manière que, pour C1 = 1,38 C0, la pression textile nominale de mise en place P1 soit inférieure à 120 % de la pression textile nominale au porté P0. Ceci facilite la mise en place et le retrait par le patient, du seul fait des propriétés intrinsèques de l'orthèse et sans recours à aucun accessoire.
