The device comprises at least three isolating modules (11) each having two rigid pieces (12, 15), one (12) of which is fastened to the carrier structure (14) and the other (15) of which is fastened to the support (17) for the vibrating equipment, these pieces (12, 15) being linked by at least one isolating stud (18) made of an elastomer, which attenuates the transmission of low-amplitude vibrations from the equipment to the structure (14), the deformation of at least one stud (18) in tension-compression and in shear being limited by three flexible stops (19a, 19b) each mounted on only one of the pieces (12, 15) and the free end of which is facing the other of said pieces (15, 12) and not in contact with it, at rest. Each stop (19) comprises an elastomer element coming into contact with the facing other piece (15, 12) during deformations of sufficient amplitude of the isolating stud (18), the stiffness of the elastomer of the stop (19) being greater than that of the stud (18). Application to the isolation of vibrating equipment on a satellite carrier structure.
Le dispositif comprend au moins trois modules d'isolation (11) ayant chacun deux pièces rigides (12, 15) dont une (12) est fixée à la structure porteuse (14) et l'autre (15) au support (17) de l'équipement vibrant, ces pièces (12, 15) étant reliées par au moins un plot (18) d'isolation en élastomère atténuant la transmission de vibrations de faible amplitude de l'équipement vers la structure (14), la déformation d'au moins un plot (18) en traction-compression et cisaillement étant limitée par trois butées souples (19a, 19b) montées chacune sur l'une seulement des pièces (12, 15) et dont l'extrémité libre est en vis-à-vis de l'autre desdites pièces (15, 12) et sans contact avec elle, au repos. Chaque butée (19) comprend un élément en élastomère venant en contact avec l'autre pièce (15, 12) en vis-à-vis lors de déformations d'amplitude suffisante du plot d'isolation (18), la raideur de 1' élastomère de la butée (19) étant plus grande que celle du plot (18). Application à l'isolation d'équipements vibrants sur une structure porteuse de satellite.
