TITLE Elastomeric Film ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer film containing 35 to 50 percent copolymerized vinyl acetate by weight is irradiated with 0.5 to 16 megarads of high energy radiation, contacted with an alcoholic solution of a titanate or silane coupling agent, and subsequently contacted with an alcoholic finely divided mineral particulate slurry. The resulting film is elastomeric, heat sealable, transparent upon relaxation after being stretched and free of surface tack.
