ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A method and material is provided for surfacing and re- pairing broken pavements with an elastomeric paving material comprised of the reaction product between a paving grade asphalt and a non-oil resistant rubber having petroleum malthenes admixed with said reaction product to improve the flexing properties at freezing temperatures of said paving material without any significant loss of viscosity at the high temperatures of application.
