The rheological and mechanical properties and the ageing resistance of the elastomeric thermoplastic copoly= esters are remarkably improved by the addition of a syner= gistic mixture of a polycarbodiimide and a quinolinic anti= oxidant. The copolyesters containing the above synergistic mixture find use in the extrusion technology. Said copolyesters, when they are subjected to a heat treatment at a temperature lower than 150° C, increase the melt viscosity so that they can be used in the blew - molding technology.
