The invention relates to an electric drive unit comprising an electronic control module and an electric motor. The cooling of the components of the electric drive unit should be effected in a simple manner. To this end, the hub of the impeller wheel, which is situated on the rotation axis of the electric motor and provided for producing a working airflow, has a two-walled design, whereby a hub inner space is formed between the outer wall and the inner wall of the hub of the impeller wheel. At least one cooling surface of the cooling body, said surface being in contact with components of the electronic control module, projects into the hub inner space. A gap, which is contact with the hub inner space, is formed between the hub of the impeller wheel and a supporting part provided for accommodating the electronic control module and the electric motor. In addition, through openings, which communicate with the hub inner space, are provided in at least one component of the electric drive unit whereby resulting in the formation of an airflow between the gap and the through openings when the electric drive unit is in operation during which the impeller wheel is in motion. The invention also relates to an electric drive unit equipped with fan motor.

L'invention concerne une unité d'entraînement électrique comportant un module de commande électronique et un moteur électrique. L'objectif de l'invention est que le refroidissement des composants de cette unité d'entraînement électrique se face de façon simple . A cet effet, le moyeu de la roue à palettes montée sur l'axe de rotation du moteur électrique pour générer un courant d'air de travail est pourvu de deux parois, un espace intérieur étant formé entre la paroi extérieure et la paroi intérieure du moyeu de la roue à palettes. Au moins une face de refroidissement du corps de refroidissement en liaison avec des composants du module de commande électronique fait saillie dans l'espace intérieur du moyeu. Entre le moyeu de la roue à palettes et une partie de support destinée à recevoir le module de commande électronique et le moteur électrique est formée une fente qui communique avec l'espace intérieur du moyeu. En outre, au moins un composant de l'unité d'entraînement électrique comporte des ouvertures de passage communicant avec l'espace intérieur du moyeu, de sorte que lorsque l'unité d'entraînement électrique fonctionne, le mouvement de la roue à palettes crée un courant d'air entre ladite fente et lesdites ouvertures de passage. L'invention concerne une unité d'entraînement électrique pourvue d'un moteur à ventilateur.
