ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A dent removal device is provided for smoothing and shrinking dented plate by means of an electrode fitted to a handle in the manner of a hammer. The electrode is connectable to one pole of a voltage source, the other pole of which is connectable to the plate to be worked. The electrode is surrounded by a coaxial anti-dazzle device. The electrode is further combined with a cooling element for cooling the portion of the plate to be worked.
