An electric energy conversion/storage system includes an ozone generating means (12) for producing an ozonized gas from a raw material gas containing oxygen by utilizing electric energy, an ozone adsorbing/desorbing means (15) for adsorbing ozone contained in the ozonized gas and desorbing ozone from the adsorbed state, a gas circulation system for causing the raw material gas and the ozonized gas to flow through the ozone generating means (12) and the ozone absorbing/desorbing means (15) while feeding back to the ozone generating means (12) a residual part of the oxygen gas remaining after adsorption of ozone, a coolant supply means (16) for cooling the ozone adsorbing/desorbing means (15), and an ozone discharging means (29, 30) for taking out an ozone containing gas which contains ozone molecules from the ozone adsorbing/desorbing means (15) to thereby supply the ozone containing gas to an ozone consumer (23). The ozone discharging means (29, 30) includes an ozone concentration control means (29) for enabling supply of the ozone containing gas to the ozone consumer (23) substantially at a predetermined ozone concentration and substantially at a predetermined constant flow rate.

Système de conversion et d'entreposage de l'énergie électrique comportant un dispositif générateur d'ozone (12) pour produire un gaz ozoné à partir du gaz brut, contenant de l'oxygène, en utilisant l'énergie électrique; un dispositif adsorbant/désorbant l'ozone (15) pour adsorber l'ozone contenu dans le gaz ozoné et pour désorber l'ozone de l'état adsorbé; un système de circulation du gaz pour que le gaz brut et le gaz ozoné passent à travers le dispositif générateur d'ozone (12) et le dispositif adsorbant/désorbant l'ozone (15), tout en fournissant au dispositif générateur d'ozone (12) une partie résiduelle du gaz oxygène qui reste après l'adsorption de l'ozone; un dispositif d'approvisionnement en produits réfrigérants (16) pour refroidir le dispositif adsorbant/désorbant l'ozone (15); et un dispositif de rejet de l'ozone (29, 30) pour expulser un gaz contenant de l'ozone et comprenant des molécules d'ozone provenant du dispositif adsorbant/désorbant l'ozone (15), de façon à fournir le gaz contenant de l'ozone à un consommateur d'ozone (23). Le dispositif de rejet de l'ozone (29, 30) comporte un dispositif de contrôle de la concentration en ozone (29) pour permettre l'approvisionnement du gaz contenant de l'ozone au consommateur d'ozone (23) essentiellement à une concentration en ozone prédéterminée et essentiellement à un débit constant prédéterminé.
