ABSTRACT OF DISCLOSURE This invention describes an improved foot warmer with a low power electric heater. The electric heater is installed in a thermally insulating container which can accommodate both feet of the user. The electric heater generates heat and raises the temperature of surface of the heater to a value near to or slightly above the normal temperature of the human body. The foot warming efficiency is largely increased by incorporating heat insulating means. The heat warming efficiency is also increased when the heat generated by the electric heater in transferred by conduction to the sole and toes of the foot. This invention also describes a method to reduce the electro- magnetic field produced by the electric foot warmer.
