An electric household appliance for steam cooking is disclosed, suitable in particular but not exclusively for preparing the so called scrambled eggs, comprising: a basement; a body formed by two separable components, whose lower component comprises the water tank and the resistor for its heating, while the upper component, comprising a spring valve for the steam passage, forms a bearing surface; a container for the food to be cooked, to be placed on the bearing surface; a closure lid with a food mixing device; and an arm, comprising a conduit which allows the diffusion of the steam in the food container and a turbine fan, activated by the steam, which allows the movement of the food mixture device. This appliance allows to steam the food in a quick and healthy way and it is simple, economic and easy to clean.

L'invention décrit un appareil électroménager de cuisson à la vapeur, qui convient particulièrement mais non exclusivement à la préparation des oeufs brouillés. Cet appareil comprend une base; un corps formant une surface de support et constitué de deux composants distincts : le composant inférieur contenant le réservoir d'eau ainsi que la résistance pour chauffer l'eau, alors que le composant supérieur comprenant une valve à ressort destinée au passage de la vapeur; un récipient pour contenir les aliments à cuire et qui doit être placé sur la surface de support; un couvercle de fermeture muni d'un dispositif de mélange d'aliments; et enfin, un bras comprenant un conduit qui permet la diffusion de la chaleur dans le récipient d'aliments ainsi qu'un ventilateur à turbine, activé par la vapeur, qui imprime son mouvement au dispositif de mélange d'aliments. Cet appareil électroménager permet de cuire les aliments à la vapeur de manière rapide et saine, tout en étant économique et facile à nettoyer.
