An electric incandescent lamp is disclosed, in particular a low-watt, low- voltage incandescent lamp, as well as a process for producing the same. The lamp has a helical tungsten filament (4) with straight ends (4a, 4b) that are each soldered or welded to a current supply (2, 3). The current supplies (2, 3) are made of a metal with a lower fusion temperature than tungsten. In order to solder or weld the incandescent helical filament (4) to the current supplies (2, 3), the latter are arranged in such a way that the straight ends (4a, 4b) of the helical filament and the preferably hook-shaped ends (2a, 3a) of the current supplies cross each other. The ends (2a, 3a) of the current supplies are quickly heated up to their fusion temperature by a laser. The molten mass flows over the corresponding end (4a, 4b) of the helical filament, so that after the molten mass solidifies the ends of the helical filament are embedded in the metal of the current supplies.

L'invention concerne une lampe électrique à incandescence, notamment une lampe à incandescence de basse tension et de faible puissance active, et le procédé de fabrication de ces lampes. La lampe décrite comprend un filament de tungstène enroulé en spirale (4) avec des extrémités rectilignes (4a, 4b) soudées ou brasées chacune sur une amenée de courant (2, 3). Les amenées de courant (2, 3) sont constituées d'un métal qui a une température de fusion inférieure à celle du tungstène. Lorsque l'on veut souder ou braser le filament incandescent enroulé en spirale (4) sur les amenées de courant (2, 3), on positionne celles-ci de sorte que les extrémités rectilignes (4a, 4b) du filament et les extrémités (2a, 3a) de préférence en forme de crochets des amenées de courant se croisent. Les extrémités (2a, 3a) des amenées de courant sont chauffées rapidement par un laser jusqu'à leur point de fusion. La matière en fusion coule sur l'extrémité correspondante (4a, 4b) du filament enroulé en spirale, de sorte que lorsque la matière en fusion se solidifie, le filament est encastré dans le métal constitutif de l'amenée de courant.
