The invention relates to an uncemented mounted electric lamp as defined in the preambles to Claims 1 or 4 and an uncemented mounted electric lamp and a reflector as defined in the preambles to Claims 16 or 17. This type of uncemented mounted electric lamp is known, for example, from the American patent specification US 4,412,273. The lamp disclosed in this specification is a halogen incandescent lamp mounted on one side for use in headlights of motor vehicles. This lamp comprises a lamp cap made of metal and plastic parts. The lamp cap exhibits a cup-like metal fastening ring, a metal carrier sleeve and a plastic cap bottom part that is equipped with the electric connections. The carrier sleeve protrudes telescopically from the bottom part of the cap in which it is anchored, and it is welded to the fastening ring with several molded weld flanges. The fastening ring comprises a recess in which the pinch base of the bulb is fastened. The plastic bottom part of the cap exhibits an annular flange and an adjusting plate. Between the flange and the adjusting plate is a circumferential annular groove for receiving a packing ring that seals the reflector opening that is designed as a lamp socket. The adjusting plate ends approximately with the inside of the reflector.

L'invention concerne une lampe électrique munie d'un culot sans ciment, à monter dans un réflecteur pourvu d'une ouverture (17a) réalisée dans sa paroi et constituant la douille de la lampe. Cette lampe comporte un culot en métal et en plastique qui présente une partie support (12) métallique dans laquelle l'ampoule (10) de la lampe est fixée, une douille (13) métallique reliée à l a partie support (12) métallique et un culot en plastique (14) muni des connexions (15) électriques de la lampe et dans laquelle la douille (13) est ancrée. Le culot de lampe comporte plusieurs ergots de référence (14a) situés dans un plan, qui servent à monter la lampe dans la bonne position dans le réflecteur et à l'y maintenir. Selon l'invention, les ergots de référence (14a), qui sont en plastique, sont recouverts de languettes (13b) métalliques de manière que lesdits ergots de référence (14a) soient protégés du rayonnement électromagnétique émis par la lampe. Les ergots de référence peuvent également être en métal.
