ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A switch and terminal assembly adapted to be mounted to a structural component of a dynamoelectric machine by an electrical conductive mounting member. The assembly has a casing and an opening is provided through the casing for accomodating the mounting member. A grounding device is disposed in the casing for connecting the dynamoelectric machine to ground. The grounding device includes a ground terminal associated with the opening which engages with the mounting member when the switch and terminal mounted upon the dynamoelectric machine structural component.
