An electric power generating machine provided with a wing-shaped pendulum for filling and emptying space comprised of two or more reservoirs (1) for water or other fluids, one for recovering and the other for moving the water upwards, two or more valves (2), one for moving up or retaining the water and the other for feeding or recovering the water, a wing-shaped pendulum that brings about the balance when open and allows for the return of one or more pistons (4) for filling space wherein the number of said pistons depends on the size of the machine to be built, a cylindrical rotor (5) for increasing the upward pathway of the cylinder that fills and empties space, one or more turbines (6) and their respective inserts, an engine (7) for opening and closing the wings, which engine can be electric or not, and cables or belts (8) which may allow the use of the force provided by the pendulum.
