An electric power system protection and control system including a plurality of protection controllers, each for executing protection and control of an electric power system by inputting a status quantity of the electric power system and for converting the status quantity into digital data, and a display controller connected to each of the protection controllers via a communication network, for displaying and controlling an operation and status of each of the protection controllers for monitoring. Each of the protection controllers includes a core area not directly connected to the communication network for executing the protection and control of the electric power system, and a web area for sending and receiving a program module to and from the display controller and another one of the protection controllers or sending an information in the core area to the program module via the communication network, respectively.
Le présent brevet vise un système de commande et de protection pour circuit d'alimentation électrique englobant un certain nombre de contrôleurs de protection, ces contrôleurs assurant la protection et la commande d'un circuit d'alimentation électrique par l'introduction de la valeur correspondant à l'état de ce circuit et la conversion de cette valeur en une donnée numérique, et un régisseur d'écran relié à chaque contrôleur de protection par un réseau de communication, servant à afficher et à contrôler une opération ainsi que l'état de chacun des contrôleurs de protection à des fins de surveillance. Chaque contrôleur de protection comprend une zone centrale qui n'est pas directement liée au réseau de communication en vue d'assurer la protection et le contrôle du circuit d'alimentation électrique, et une zone en lacis pour la transmission et la réception du module de programme en direction ou en provenance du régisseur d'écran et d'un des autres contrôleurs de protection ou pour la transmission d'une information de la zone centrale au module de programme via le réseau de communication, respectivement.
