Abstract A motor features a stator made of a non-ferromagnatic material and a rotor made as two discs whose alternating magnetic poles face one another, the bearings of said rotor being arranged in the body of the stator. Gear wheels for- ming a locking device intended to stop the rotor when the winding of the stator is cut off are arranged at the pa- riphery of butt ends of the stator winding within the scat- tering field of the rotor magnets. Such a stator winding can be made as a whole coil which is oval, triangular or angular in shape.
