Abstract Electric Stove with Hot-Air Circulation In an electric stove with hot-air circulation optimum cooking is achieved if the flow velocity and air temperature in the area of the food to be cooked are as uniform as possible. This can be achieved by evenly distributing the hot-air current in the baking muffle of the electric stove. It is therefore proposed to dispose in at least one corner of the baking muffle a cross-flow fan whose impeller extends over the whole width of the baking muffle. (Fig. 2)
