An electric vehicle (1) comprises a chargeable secondary cell (30), an electric motor (9) for driving the traveling parts such as wheels, and control means (5) for controlling the drive of the electric motor (9) by use of the power from the secondary cell (30). The electric vehicle further comprises clock means (7) for measuring the present time, wheel revolution detection means (10) for detecting the revolution of a wheel, and interface means (15) for storing vehicle management information created by the control means (5) from the information from the clock means (7) and the wheel revolution detection means (10) in a detachable external storage medium and for reading the stored information.

L'invention concerne un véhicule électrique (1) comprenant une pile secondaire (30) pouvant être chargée, un moteur électrique (9) permettant d'actionner des parties roulantes telles que des roues, et un moyen de commande (5) permettant de commander l'entraînement dudit moteur électrique (9) grâce à la puissance provenant de la pile secondaire (30).
