A lightweight carrier to transport an electric scooter or electric wheelchair from point A to point B without taking them apart or folding them in. All that there is to do, with the help of a capable person, is to plug the transporter into the receiver hitch of your motorhome, truck, van, etc., lock the pin in, put down the ramp, incline the main deck and lock it in place, stand beside the transporter, and back it (scooter or wheelchair) on. Then lower the main deck back to parallel, lock the pin, lift up the ramp, lock the pins, strap down the unit with 2 straps (not included) and your gone.
