ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An electrical box. The box has a cable inlet opening. A flap is mounted within the opening at a first edge of the opening to tend to resile to the closed posi- tion. An indent in the edge of the flap, remote from the mount, contacts and grips a cable when such a cable is positioned in the inlet opening. The edge of the opening adjacent the indent is substantially non-deformable by a cable forced into the inlet. The box can be molded in one piece in most embodiments and a cable can be positioned in it without the use of tools.
