ABSTRACT An electrical connector for terminating two flat multi-conductor electrical cables one of which includes signal and ground conductors and the other of which includes only ground conductors, comprises a body member having a row of terminals on each of two opposite surfaces, a first bus member which extends across both surfaces of the body member, two cover members one for each surface of the body member, a second bus member mounted on one of the cover members and having a bridging portion extending through the body member, and an auxiliary cover member to cover the second bus member. The cover members are used to apply conductors of the two cables to the terminals and bus members.
