ABSTRACT An electrical connector assembly in which male and female connectors are clamped back-to-back between metal half-shells providing shielding openings for matins sides of the connectors and in clamping engagement with the cable shield. Cap screws are provided to clamp assemblies together in mating engage- ment thereby to provide shielded connection to two coaxial cables.
