ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR FOR CIRCUIT BOARD ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A connector for making electrical contact from an external circuit to a planar substrate having conductive portions on at least one face thereof includes an insulating housing having a walled section forming an interior area for receiving the substrate. The walled section includes a side section adapted to be removed for permitting removal of the substrate. A plurality of contacts are positioned within the interior area for making electrical contact with the conductive portions on the substrate.
