An electrical connector for use in automobiles comprises an insulating body (12) with passages to house contacts, each fitted with a connecting wire (18). It also comprises a rear feed-through (36) made from an elastomer with at least two rows of individual passages for the wires, and held by a perforated plate which can be removably secured to the body. Each passage in the feed-through incorporates at least one sealing lip shaped to close the corresponding individual passage when unused with no wire fitted, the feed-through being held in place by the perforated plate.
