Various electrical connectors (11,12) include conduc- tor elements (25-28) extending through a support body (19, 20) in parallel insulated relation to one another and to adja- cent grounds (17,18) of very low inductance and resistance. The relationship of the conductor elements (25-28) to the planar grounds (17,18) is such as to obtain a characteristic impedance which is the same for all signal paths and which is uniform along the length of each conductor element.
