ABSTRACT A busway section comprising a pair of longitudinally extending side rails, a plurality of longitudinally extending main phase bus bars intermediate said side rails, a ground bus having a generally U-shaped upper section including a top portion with a first pair of depending side flanges, and a lower section including a bottom portion with a second pair of depending side flanges, said main phase bus bar positioned intermediate said top portion and said bottom portion and intermediate said first pair of side flanges, and connecting means for connecting each rail to said ground bus.
