An electric surface heating element is installed by direct application to the periphery of a cylindrical material tube (13) of a hot runner nozzle (12). Said surface heating element consists of a ceramic dielectric layer (20) which is directly applied to the metal tube (13) or to the wall (16) thereof, at least one layer (22) consisting of heating conductor strips (23) and an electrically insulating ceramic covering layer (24) which is applied on top of the latter. Film, or thick-coat screen printing technology are suitable as coating processes. However, thick-coat technology using round printing is preferably used for the layer construction as a whole. Alternatively, the ceramic dielectric layer (20) can be fixed to the periphery of the hot runner tube (13) in the form of a pre-fabricated green film and subsequently baked.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de chauffage électrique à couches planes (10) installé en enduction directe sur la circonférence d'un tuyau de matériau cylindrique (13) d'une buse de canaux chauffants (12). Ce dispositif de chauffage est constitué d'une couche diélectrique céramique (20) appliquée directement sur le tuyau métallique (13) ou sur sa paroi (16), d'au moins une couche (22) faite de bandes de conducteur chauffant (23), ainsi que d'une couche de recouvrement céramique (24) isolante électriquement appliquée sur cette dernière. La sérigraphie de feuille ou de couche épaisse convient comme procédé d'enduction. On se sert toutefois de préférence pour toute la structure de couches de la technique des couches épaisses avec utilisation de la technologie d'impression circulaire. On peut également fixer la couche diélectrique céramique (20) sous forme de feuille verte préfabriquée sur la circonférence du tuyau de canaux chauffants (13), puis la cuire.
