47,998 ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Electrical inductive apparatus including an electrically insulated electrical winding, an insulating dielectric surrounding the winding, and an insulating mem- ber associated with the winding which projects into the insulating dielectric. The insulating member includes a solid adhesive binder, and a filler of microspheres. The binder and microspheres are selected such that the dielec- tric constant of the insulating member is less than about 3.5 times the dielectric constant of the insulating dielec- tric.
