The controller includes a first switch assembly in a series configuration with the motor, where the first switch assembly has a first transistor, a second switch assembly in a parallel configuration with the motor, where the second switch assembly has a second transistor, and a control circuit electrically connected to the first transistor and to the second transistor to control the first switch assembly and the second switch assembly to provide a chopped voltage to a motor.
