1159-2 Abstract of the Disclosure The invention relates to a portable electrical neuromuscular stimulation device having at least one pair of electrodes which is adapted to be applied to the patient's body. The device provides electrical stimulation impulses which cause muscle contraction, exercise, and training. The device has a programmable computing device which is detachable and interchangeable. The computing device is controlled by interactive software accounting for previously programmed reference values for each respective patient and interaction, progressively changing measurements generated during treatment by the stimulation part of the device.
