ABSTRACT An improved side plate for use in electrical boxes having locating fingers formed thereon at its ends outside its main body. The locating fingers are bent transversely from the plate about bend lines extending parallel to the front side of the plate. The invention is also directed toward an electrical box incorporating the side plates and a method of making the side plates.
