An electrical outlet for a suspended flooring system having a raised floor (12) spaced apart from a sub- floor (8) comprises a cable tower unit (1) which is substantially hollow and has a workstation face (22) having an aperture therein to provide access to the interior of the cable tower unit for cabling. The cable tower unit (1) is substantially floorless to allow cables (20) to be passed from underneath the raised floor (12) through the interior of the cable tower unit (1). Preferably, the cable tower unit (1) has an upper tower unit (4) and a base portion (2), the base portion extends into the cavity between the raised floor (12) and the sub-floor (8) and is mounted on and supported by the sub-floor.
