The electrical power-drive device (34c) for movable window covering and/or screen, awning, roller-door, roller-shutter, comprises a mechanical subset including at least one motor (44c), a first output shaft (53c) and at least one stationary mount (40c). The subset is elastically coupled by at least a first main rotatable elastic coupling means (52c) to the first output shaft and by a second main non-rotatable elastic coupling means (62c) to a non- rotatable tube (59) enclosing the subset, the tube being connected to the stationary mount and guiding the first output shaft.
