ABSTRACT Electrical Push-Button Switch An electrical push-button switch of the illuminated type for use, for example, in lift or elevator controls and the like. The pressel of the push-button switch comprises an opaque surface layer having at least one registration member attached to its rear surface and projecting from the coloured plastics moulding of the pressel. The registration member(s) co-operate with slots in the frame of the switch so as to accurately locate the disc - and therefore any indicia or legend on the disc's surface - at the correct angular position relative to the frame and maintain it in that position during operation. The indicia or legend may be formed either by cutting completely through the disc so as to expose the coloured plastics material or simply by cutting partially through the disc.
