In an electrical high-voltage switching installa- tion, in order to reduce as much as possible the diameter of an encapsulating housing (1) containing three busbars (2, 3, 4), the distance between the busbars (2, 3, 4) is selected to be as small as possible. The second and third busbars (3, 4) are bent out in the region of a branch at the point at which a first branch conductor (9), origina- ting from the first busbar (2), is guided through between the second and third busbars (3, 4), in order to achieve the distance which is required for dielectric reasons between the first branch conductor (9) and the busbars (3, 4). In addition, a flattening of the branch conductor (9) is provided in this region. The invention permits the installed size of 3-phase, encapsulated electrical switching installations to be reduced.
