An electrical terminal connector comprising a connector body and a set screw. The connector body has a block section with a conductor receiving passageway. The set screw is connected to the block section to intersect the conductor receiving passageway. The block section further defines a porthole extending therethrough. The porthole intersects the conductor receiving passageway forming a lower recess therein. When a conductor is inserted into the conductor receiving passageway, the recess receives a portion of the conductor which is clamped down upon by the set screw.

Connecteur de borne électrique comprenant un corps de connecteur et une vis de pression. Le corps de connecteur comporte une section en forme de bloc munie d'un passage recevant un conducteur. La vis de pression est rattachée à la section en forme de bloc afin de couper le passage recevant le conducteur. La section en forme de bloc délimite en outre une ouverture qui la traverse. L'ouverture coupe le passage recevant le conducteur et y forme un évidement inférieur. Lorsqu'un conducteur est inséré dans le passage recevant le conducteur, l'évidement accueille une partie du conducteur qui est serré par pressage vers le bas par la vis de pression.
