The invention concerns an electrical wiring frame for housing electrical appliances and the wiring thereof, comprising a quick, simple assembly system not requiring tools thereby considerably reducing assembly costs and time. Said frame (1) comprises at least two vertical members (2) and at least a horizontal rail (4) linked to the two vertical members by at least two generally omega-shaped stirrups (3), the stirrup base determining the spacing of the horizontal rail relative to the vertical members, the internal space defined by said stirrups being used as wiring duct, the horizontal rail (4) being provided with a standardised support (5) designed for housing electrical appliances and at least one binding post (6) arranged parallel to the support designed for fixing in position the electric wires connected to the electrical appliances. Said frame is characterised in that the mounting of the stirrups (3) on the vertical members (2), of the horizontal rail (4) on the stirrups (3), of the support (5) and of the binding post (6) on the horizontal rail (4) is a demountable jointing and locking assembly, the elements to be mutually assembled comprising respectively matching jointing and locking means arranged to co-operate mutually. The invention is applicable to electrical wiring.
La présente invention concerne un châssis de câblage électrique destiné à recevoir des appareils électriques et leur câblage électrique, qui comporte un système d'assemblage rapide, simple et sans outillage permettant de réduire considérablement les coûts et les temps de montage. Ce châssis (1) comporte au moins deux montants verticaux (2) et au moins un rail horizontal (4) couplé aux montants verticaux par au moins deux étriers (3) de forme générale en oméga, la base des étriers déterminant l'écartement du rail horizontal par rapport aux montants verticaux, l'espace intérieur défini par ces étriers étant utilisé comme une goulotte de câbles, le rail horizontal (4) étant pourvu d'un support normalisé (5) destiné à recevoir les appareils électriques et d'au moins un peigne pince-fils (6) disposé parallèlement au support agencé pour fixer en position les câbles électriques connectés auxdits appareils électriques. Ce châssis est caractérisé en ce que l'assemblage des étriers (3) sur les montants verticaux (2), du rail horizontal (4) sur les étriers (3), du support (5) et du peigne pince- fils (6) sur le rail horizontal (4) est un assemblage par emboîtement et verrouillage, démontable, les éléments à assembler mutuellement comportant respectivement des moyens d'emboîtement et de verrouillage complémentaires agencés pour coopérer entre eux. Application: cablage électrique.
