The invention concerns a tyre comprising a tyre tread (3) consisting of two circumferential layers (31, 32) whereof the reinforcement filler is mostly a non-conductive filler, each layer containing a circumferential insert (11, 12) of conductive mixture, having on the contact wall (310) between the two layers (31, 32) a circumferential surface, the first and second layers (31, 32) having on said wall a circumferential surface with a circular line of width e, the second layer (31, 32) having on said wall a circumferential line of width e' crossing it and having ridges on either side of the circular line of the first layer, such that there is circumferentially between the two lines several contact points providing electrical connection between the two conductive inserts. Said second layer with insert is extruded by means of an apparatus comprising a main extruder (10) for extruding the non-vulcanised part (31, 32) of a tyre tread (3) and a micro-extruder (40) whereof the extruding nozzle (43) equipped with a cutting edge and an extruding orifice is pressed against orienting means associated with the main extruder (10) for making said part (31).
Pneumatique comprenant une bande de roulement (3) composée de deux couches (31, 32) circonférentielles, dont la charge renforçante est majoritairement une charge non conductrice, chaque couche (31, 32) contenant un insert circonférentiel (11, 12) de mélange conducteur, ayant sur la paroi de contact (310) entre les deux couches (31, 32) une surface circonférentielle, la première de ces couches (31, 32) ayant sur ladite paroi une surface circonférentielle à tracé circulaire de largeur e, la deuxième couche (31, 32) ayant sur ladite paroi une surface circonférentielle avec un tracé de largeur e' allant en le croisant et présentant des crêtes de part et d'autre du tracé circulaire de la première couche, de sorte qu'il y ait circonférentiellement entre les deux tracés plusieurs points de contact assurant la connection électrique entre les deux éléments conducteurs. Ladite deuxième couche avec insert est extrudée au moyen d'un appareil comprenant une extrudeuse principale (10) pour extruder la partie (31, 32) d'une bande de roulement (3) non vulcanisée et une micro-extrudeuse (40), dont la buse d'extrusion (43) munie d'un arête coupante et d'un orifice d'extrusion est appliquée contre un moyen de cheminement, associé à l'extrudeuse principale (10) destinée à la confection de la partie (31).
