The invention concerns an electrically controllable device with variable optical and/or energy properties, comprising at least a support substrate (1) provided with a functional stack of layers (3) including at least two active layers separated by an electrolyte. The stack is arranged between a lower electrode (2) and an upper electrode (4). The device comprises n zones electrically controllable off-line by the following features: the lower electrode (1) bears a unidimensional or two-dimensional pattern A; the stack of layers (3) whereof at least one of the active layers and the electrolyte, has a two-dimensional pattern B, in particular obtained by etching; the upper electrode (4) bears a two-dimensional pattern C, such that the superimposition of patterns A, B, C defines said n zones with a material break between two adjacent zones at least both at the upper electrode (4) and at one of the active layers and the electrolyte.
L'invention a pour objet un dispositif électrocommandable à propriétés optiques et/ou énergétiques variables, comportant au moins un substrat porteur (1) muni d'un empilement de couches fonctionnel (3) comprenant au moins deux couches actives séparées par un électrolyte. L'empilement est disposé entre une électrode inférieure (2) et une électrode supérieure (4). Le dispositif comporte n zones électrocommandables de façon autonome à l'aide: - de l'électrode inférieure (1) présentant un motif A à une ou deux dimensions, - de l'empilement de couches (3) dont au moins une des couches actives et l'électrolyte, présentant un motif B à deux dimensions, notamment obtenu par gravage, - de l'électrode supérieure (4) présentant un motif C à deux dimensions, de façon à ce que la superposition des motifs A,B,C définisse lesdites n zones, avec une discontinuité matérielle entre deux zones adjacentes au moins à la fois au niveau de l'électrode supérieure (4) et au niveau de l'une des couches actives et de l'électrolyte.
